"Powertech" seem to be some weirdos that promote their closed-source Clang fork with unspecified changes (other than defaulting to LLD). And their "debugger" extension seems to be a fork of CodeLLDB, again with unspecified changes. Seems sketchy, I'd remove their extension, and then you don't have to choose.
